Take a step back with us to March 1978, where young Matt Greiman is pictured alongside his grandfather, Floyd Greiman. Floyd started his construction business in 1965 with a vision for quality craftsmanship and a commitment to his community. Floyd eventually cut back his hours, handing over the reins to his son David.

In this article, Floyd confidently predicted that young Matt would one day take over the family business—and he was right! Today, Matt carries forward his grandfather’s legacy with the same dedication and passion that started it all.
